Billing & Account
Where is my wallet, billing, and payment information?
All financial account features live on Dot.st, not on Premium.st or Dropcatch.st.
Sign in and open Billing or Account on Dot.st to see your wallet balance, add funds, manage saved cards, view invoices, and update billing address details.
Charges for registrations, renewals, transfers, backorder holds, and auction settlements all flow through this shared wallet unless the checkout page shows a card charge option.

What is wallet auto top-up?
Auto top-up adds funds to your Dot.st wallet automatically when your balance drops below a threshold you set.
This helps renewals, backorder holds, and bids succeed without manual deposits. Configure it from Billing on Dot.st by linking a default card and choosing your trigger amount and top-up size.
You can turn auto top-up off at any time. Review your billing email and card on file so charges are not declined.

Getting Started
What is Dot.st?
Dot.st is the registrar desk for .st domain names in the Dot.st Network.
You can search for available names, register new domains, renew existing ones, transfer domains in from other registrars, and manage nameservers and DNS settings for domains in your portfolio.
Your wallet, billing history, invoices, and account settings also live on Dot.st — even when you browse Premium.st or Dropcatch.st with the same login.

Do I need separate accounts for Premium.st and Dropcatch.st?
No. The Dot.st Network uses one account across all three sites.
Sign in once on Dot.st, Premium.st, or Dropcatch.st and your session carries across the network. Your wallet balance, payment methods, verification status, and support history are shared.
If you are already signed in on one site, you can open another brand in the same browser and stay logged in.

How do I search for a .st domain?
Go to the search box on the Dot.st homepage or visit the Search page.
Type the name you want (for example, mybrand.st) and run the search. Dot.st checks availability and shows whether the name can be registered, is already taken, or may be dropping soon.
You can also use Bulk Search to check up to 100 names at once, or run a WHOIS lookup on a specific domain to see public registry information.

Registrar
How do I register a new domain?
After a search shows a name as available, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.
You will confirm registrant contact details, choose nameservers (or use our defaults), and pay from your Dot.st wallet or a saved card. Once payment succeeds, registration is queued and the domain appears in your Domains area when provisioning completes.
Make sure your account email is verified before checkout so we can reach you about the order.

How do I renew a domain I manage on Dot.st?
Open Domains in your Dot.st account and select the name you want to renew.
If auto-renew is enabled and your wallet has enough balance, renewal happens automatically before expiry. You can also renew manually from the domain detail page.
Renewal fees are charged in whole dollars from your Dot.st wallet. Keep your wallet funded or enable auto top-up so names do not accidentally expire.

How do I transfer a domain into Dot.st from another registrar?
Start a transfer-in from Search or the transfer section of your account.
You will need the domain unlocked at the losing registrar, a valid authorization (auth) code, and accurate registrant details. Submit the transfer request and pay the transfer fee from your wallet.
Transfers are not instant — the losing registrar must approve the move. Track progress from your Domains list; the name stays in a pending state until the registry confirms completion.

How do I change nameservers or DNS for my domain?
Open the domain in your Dot.st account and go to the nameserver or DNS section.
Enter up to four nameserver hostnames (for example, ns1.example.com and ns2.example.com) and save. Changes propagate over time depending on TTL settings at your DNS host.
If you use Dot.st default nameservers, DNS records are managed through the controls shown on the domain page. Always double-check hostnames before saving — a typo can take your site offline.

Include your domain name, order or invoice reference if you have one, and a clear description of the issue. The same account works across the network, so tickets you open on Dot.st cover registrar, billing, and cross-brand questions.
For urgent transfer or renewal deadlines, mention the expiry date in your message so we can prioritize appropriately.
