Manage your Dot.st wallet and billing
Add funds, read invoices, and configure auto top-up for the shared network wallet on Dot.st.
Step 1: Sign in to Dot.st and open Billing from the account menu.
Step 2: Review your current wallet balance and any active holds shown on the page. Holds often relate to open backorders or pending bids on other brands.
Step 3: To add funds manually, choose Add funds or Top up, enter a whole-dollar amount, and pay with your saved card or shown payment method.
Step 4: Enable auto top-up if you want the wallet to refill when balance drops below a threshold you set. Pick a comfortable trigger amount and top-up size for your typical usage.
Step 5: Open Invoices to download PDF copies for accounting. Invoices cover registrar orders, marketplace purchases settled through the wallet, and other network charges.
Step 6: Update billing address and default payment method from Account or Billing settings so charges are not declined.
Remember: Premium.st and Dropcatch.st display marketplace and backorder features, but wallet management always happens on Dot.st.
For incorrect charges or stuck holds, open dot.st/support with the invoice number or domain involved.
